I have a friend. She is traveling and living in her limo. Really! What a way to go.
Anyway...she got an idea in Georgia. Saw a beautiful field of hydrangea. Talked to the farmer and made a deal to buy the entire field just as it stood.
Rented two cheap motel rooms and set up a drying room and a packing room. Cut and dried the flowers, made bouquets of several "model" products with ribbons and other extra enhancements, and took pictures to post on the Internet. Got s couple local kids to cut for her. Sold the entire field in 3 weeks, checked out and moved on.
She had a merchants credit card account, an online website for small merchants, and mobile hotspot.
She is a hot ticket and look forward to hearing about the next venture!
