How do I wire Pc fan?

How do I wire this Foxconn 4 wire Pc fan to run at its fastest speed?
I made a fan set up with three fans and ended up throwing it away , not enough cfm , the single adda fan puts out more air then the set of three and blows a nice cool breeze ,  i'm trying to build a different three fan setup again with better fans but all I have is 2 right now so i'm starting out with these , if I can figure out how to wire up this foxconn

4 Wire PC fans are PWM fans, the 4th wire provides for more fine grained speed control.  For full speed, you just need to hook up pins 1 and 2,  ground (black) and +12V(yellow).
