HI Everyone, New from Bull Island Va

Hey Everyone my name is Warren aka StarRider. I have been lurking around this site for quite some time waiting for the perfect RV for me and now the time has come! I recently purchased a new to me 2012 Great West Legend EX to take me all the places I haven't seen yet of this great country. I plan on leaving soon (next week) and heading south to see friends and on to Florida and follow the road all the way to Key West and get some sun instead of snow. I have waited my whole life for this opportunity. Can't wait for next week to happen. Hope to see ya'll as they say soon. NC first and then work my way south. Be on the lookout for the white Great West. She is a beauty!

Thanks everyone for the accolades and well wishes. I am so looking forward to this journey in life. I will probably kick myself hard and often for allowing myself to be tied down for so long. Don't get me wrong, I have two wonderful adult kids I call mine but time is wasting!!!!!! I lost the love of my life to a pulmonary embolism on Christmas day two years ago and every day I have regretted us not having the courage to break loose and explore that we would talk about when the house was quiet and the lights low. So I will do it myself and hopefully in a non extravagant way. Plans are to use Boondockers Welcome as much as possible and when that fails, state parks , National Forests etc. They are cheap! Onward I go and see where the road leads me.
