Thank you for the response. I am not very computer "savy" so I'm not sure how this all works.

I just bought a 38 foot travel trailer with two slide outs this fall. It is in a campground where I own the lot that it is on. I live in Minnesota so it is way to cold to stay there in the winter because they turn off the water. What I would like is to be able to travel somewhere warm for the winter, but this is too big to move around.

I live in a small condo and if I could find a travel trailer in a warmer climate (at a reasonable price) for the winter, it would be great. I would like to retire, but my SS is so low that I would have to work where ever I would go.

Do you have any suggestions. I love the videos of Bob Wells where he interviews different people living the RV life.

I'm curious, have you considered having the trailer moved somewhere warmer where the pipes won't freeze in the winter?
There are companies (and people) that can move the trailer for you.

I have thought about moving it, but I own the land it is on in a very large campground and I would still have to pay the yearly dues and taxes even if my trailer wasn't there. This spring/summer I plan on living in it and if this is something I want to do permanently, I would sell my little condo and try to find something affordable in a warmer state for the winter. Thank you for your reply.
