You say you decided on a cargo van because they are "more stealth able". I guess that means you want to be in town a fair amount. Generally I think stealth camping is a joke because hardly anyone is fooled, but...

San Tan is the name of a Valley near Phoenix AZ. Maybe that actually is the name of a cargo trailer business but I suspect it was a case of thinking one thing while saying another. Happens to me sometimes as well.
