 Leaving Florida after seven years, Colorado native, gotta head back west!!! Can't wait to meet everyone!! We are very excited about this big change! My husband is retiring and we are selling everything and just doing it!!! See ya all soon!!!

Welcome Tim And Dez - sure hope you find what you’re looking for leaving Florida in March sounds like a good idea that’s when I’m getting ready to go home to Pennsylvania I’m in Sarasota now. Little cool here this morning but compared to the 8 inches of snow and 20° temperatures in Pennsylvania this ain’t bad. Those jitters you have our normal everybody has them, or at least there are very few who don’t. Others recommend this and so do I take your time try it while you’re still in your home. Go out for a day or two go out for a week you’ll get much more confidence. So you’re abandoning our East Coast people and going west. Will miss you East Coast people are so much nicer than the West Coasters
