Another evaporation solution I've seen was a tub filled with grey water with a water pump (powered by solar) to run everything over a washboard heated/sitting in the sun, then back into the tub. As long as you have low enough humidity and a hot enough day

The drip cooler/fan sealed into the cab window and the roof exhaust fan to pull it through makes sense to me.
