My preparation for getting ready to get back on the road physical therapy dew to heart attack 90 days ago. And I am not going to let drag me down either.

That's the right attitude! I have a titanium leg from my knee to the foot and was told I "couldn't do" most of the things I used to.
Don't buy into that! I worked at it and yes, it took time but I am doing everything I did before hand and then some. Just pace yourself and build up your strength.
Doesn't matter what happens to the human body we can adjust and adapt. Sometimes we just need a little tune up like our vehicle's.

So true I was up on my feet walking right after surgery doc thought I had lost my mind but he let me wander around the icu. For 4 days when he released me .
