Anyone have any experience with one of these. Did some research and didn't find anything better, or with better reviews.
My main goal is for making as close to a smoothie as I can. Don't expect a smooth smoothie from this but real close will work, methinks.
I've looked at 12v blenders and haven't found one that stood out to me. Certainly open to alternative ideas.

Godspeed and grand adventures to all, thx.

I looked at the cost of 12 volt appliances and decided it would be cheaper to keep my 120 volt gear and run everything off an inverter.

Have you looked at the cost of the large inverter and an appropriately sized battery bank along with the required charging stuff? It all costs and it is kinda a pay me now or pay me later type thing. Carrying a large enough battery bank will add to size and weight unless you will be running a generator or plugged in.

@B and C

I have two Trojan 105's and a 1000 watt Magnum MS-1012 pure sine wave inverter/converter now w/ a single 300 watt solar panel.
Nothing is installed yet as I have to get on the road for working location and an extra set of hands to assist.

Possible that I may add two more trojans fairly soon but kinda tapped out right now rushing to gather all the basic stuff for nomading.

I think I'll look at some smaller current draw blenders as well. Any recommendations? I've had s/b version of Vitamix and loved it but irrc it drew @ least 1000w, very powerful. I'll go check their lineup for a smaller unit. They're pricey but high value, imo.

I generally do veggie smoothies with just enough fruit to adjust taste to make it less bitter and more pleasant.

Vitamix isn't going to work, haha, I forgot just how pricey they are lowest draw I saw was approx 700w

Found this on Amazon
Epica Personal Blender with Take-Along Bottle $25, 300w
