I have lived in a van for 2 years to do mold avoidance. I lived in an ambulance in the Yukon that I left behind when I flew to the US. I bought a Ford and set it up. I called it Harrison. Now that I’m leaving again, I’m selling it!

I’m willing to go to New Mexico or Arizona to sell it. I’m near Las Vegas and heading to NM sometime in the next few weeks.

2012 Ford E250 Econoline van
- 131,000 miles
- 4.6L V8 engine
- 138” wheelbaser
- 55” in height (not a standing van)
- 8 months remaining on a comprehensive warranty

Specifically set up for mold avoidance
- Bare metal to prevent mold and for easier decontamination
- Minimal wood and no structural wood
- Seat covers for easy wipe down
- I’ve been careful about keeping contaminated items outside and staying out of bad air

Bedroom
- Full size bed, suitable for one or two people
- Bed raised 17” for storage space underneath
- 10” of mattress

Kitchen
- Dometic CC32 compression fridge (32 quarts). Draws fewer than 26aH per day
- Low counter, meant for sitting, so you don’t need to crouch while standing
- Battery-powered water pump, charged by USB
- 17 gallons of water storage
- Double burner propane stove
- 20-lb propane tank
- 3 metal storage cabinets

Office
- Folding desk on side door that’s sitting height indoors and standing height outdoors

Power
- 360W solar panel, mounted onto gutter roof racks
- 300W pure sine wave inverter (for regular household power)
- 100Ah lead acid battery
- Hardwired 12V USB plugs
- Hardwired cigarette lighter plugs

Lighting
- Hardwired 12v LED strip lights
- Fairy lights for fun

I can’t figure out how to edit. The photos seem to have disappeared.

I’m asking $16,000.
