Good questions Annie,

Soon to be new to van dwelling myself.

I'm used to walking and bike riding and stealth camping in fields and along rivers and such. I was never to worried about food because a town was usually only 20 miles away. I have been thinking about the same things, how much food, water etc to have available when boondocking. I'm looking to stock up on lots of basics (dry food stuffs) and lots of herbs and spices to add variety to it. I'm not sure how much is the right amount.

for Clothes I always tended to have a variety for layering, more for cold and less for hot. With a backpack it usually means just having 1 of something other than socks. always lots of socks. lol Having a van for me means I will be able to have 2 of stuff.
