folding toilet with sink? possible?

so i saw some old class b and c RVs in the 70s use a cool folding toilet option to save space.

are there any modern products like this? this could be a huge sspace saver in a class b where you have small square space for a toilet, sink, shower, change room

imagine needing room for a shower and just folding up the toilet!

Do a google search for swing out toilet for hospitals and u will find the cabinet type.
