So after almost a year of rebuilding, preparing, planning and repetitive info overload...We finally did it. We left Tampa Fl. October 9th went north to Atlanta, then West. Drove almost straight through till we got to Utah....Then the fun began. After Utah(Moab, Canon Land) it was Colorado,(Mesa Verde) then Arizona, back into Utah,(Monument Valley)Then Arizona (Grand Canon,Coconino Forest where we met and camped with 'The Man..Bob Wells' great time, great guy)Then New Mexico, (Albuquerque,Elephant Butte, Truth or Consequence)then Terlingua/Big Bend Texas. Finished off in New Orleans, then back home.

Eleven States. 21 days , 5863 miles. $1342 diesel,$160 camp grounds

Trip was flawless, weather perfect. not a single problem...great memorable time....

Thanks to all the folks here who put up with my questions and offered advise and information...you all made it possible....

Now only one BIG problem......Cant wait to head out again, making work unbearable

I am very pleased with my TC....only thing I will add now is 200 watts of solar.

Sounds great. Try not to rush next time lol...

Seriously, glad you did it, and had fun. Next time, you'll want to stay out longer. Then longer the next time..
