" A lot of people say, if there's one thing you should do, it's take a road trip across the country because it will change your life forever. Documentary filmmaker Ben Churchill packed a van, invited a friend, and drove from Connecticut to California to find out why. In each episode, they explore a new city using GPS as their map and the internet as a tour guide. Cities include Cleveland, Indianapolis, St. Louis, Colorado Springs, Albuquerque, and The Grand Canyon."

Thanks for the info. Sounds interesting.

I'll refrain from commenting on their choice of title. :)

Waaaaa!!

Not available for viewing in Canada.

Someone on another forum had a link to a freebie program that would allow US to view Cdn content and vice versa and now I can't find it....

Yeahhhh, available on YouTube....forget the link...lol.

Didn't even think about that. Edited the title. Thanks.

Cyndi, your welcome. It happens every now and then. I know an artist who's first name is Bart and he had his e-mail on his own website listed as "bartart@______". He saw it only as his name and art attached to the end of it until I pointed out it also looked like "bar tart". He got rid of that right away.

I had the same thing happen to me with an email address - my first initial and last name don't work well together for professional reasons. It's subtle but it's there...

I only noticed it after it had been in use for a couple of months. When I said something about it, my ex b/f said he'd noticed it right away and hadn't said anything....  Chalk up another reason why he's an ex... :D

I realized yesterday that I've been reading "gypsychic" wrong this whole time. I've been reading it as "Gyp Psychic" with a shared P, instead of Gypsy Chic. lol

Just started watching these and noticed their route across America was the same exact route I took years ago except they went southerly after getting close to CA. This should be very interesting to see if it jogs my memories.

Don't worry. You're not the only one on this forum to see that. I never saw it until it was pointed out to me.

But, yeah, very bad title for a documentary. I'll have to check it out once I decide how best to deal with data/internet/WiFi etc if I remember by then :)

I watched their first documentary, it really wasn't that good. Though I like the guy, he makes the videos for Tommy Edison, which are awesome. They went across the country in a week or something and stuck to the interstate, and seemed like they hated the whole thing. I did like the concept of checking their social network as they went and taking the suggestions from people.

Maybe this one will be better, as im guessing they are gonna dedicate more time to actually exploring the country.
