Discord is a text and voice-based communication service that is free. It acts sort of like a chatroom and can host as many as one can fit. It's also very easy to use, and even easier to establish one's server.
Years ago a chatroom was part of the forum but it was discontinued due to a few members making inappropriate comments. Moderators were not able to be constantly available to keep the conversations on track.
HOWA is working on setting up a virtual campfire using Zoom. Many details such as the time, days, how many participants, who facilitates, etc must be worked out. There may be more information about this as early as Bob's next live video on Wednesday.
