I am converting my Astro van to travel the US and see the sights. I am new to all this so any input is appreciated.

Welcome to the CRVL forums, Dvajax! Thank you for your service and sacrifice! The mobile life is a wonderful way to enjoy that which you fought for.
An Astro van should serve you well.

To help you learn the ins and outs of these forums, this "Tips, Tricks and Rules" post lists some helpful information to get you started.

Most of our rules boil down to two simple over-riding principles: 1) What you post should provide good information (like your introductory post), and 2) Any response to someone else's post should make them feel glad they are part of this forum community.

We look forward to hearing more from you.

HI

wow your title of the thread made me think a vet is missing while traveling :) I was thinking this was a scary post and someone had gone missing and needed to be found.....I am so glad it is not one of those posts!!!

This forum has tons of info on car/suv/any rig ya got traveling so just search info ya might need or ask specific questions on what you wanna know and all can chime in and help if needed.

Sounds like you are in good standing and doing well with what your goals are and hitting the road :) enjoy the US and your adventures!!
