Looks like it may be long enough to require "long load" exemptions in many areas, escorts forward and back in some places.
 
As far as I know, the maximum trailer length without the "Long Load" sign etc. is 53 feet. That looks like it may be pushing the boundaries, but I can't tell if it's over.

 I can't imagine making turns in the city with that thing.  It has more overhang than a semi.
 
It is hard enough to learn to drive a stub nosed school bus. Part of our training program was weekly evaluations where the instructor followed a new driver on the route to make suggestions on improvement. We usually communicated by a monitored school radio. I got called to the superintendent’s office for telling an attractive new driver over the radio to watch her tail wagging while making a sharp turns! Lol!!!
