Arizona will let you pretty much buy all you want but be sure to check out Arizona's DUI laws as if you get caught you could be there a while!

I never drink and drive and for my taste the DUI laws are probably too lenient no matter what state your in. First offense you should be riding a bike for a year unless you hurt somebody then some jail time would be good medicine. Second offense your a repeat danger to society and your done driving.
