Is there a question or a point, Chance?

I agree it is interesting and if you didn't notice it is very expensive.

No reason for the 3500, there's less interior room, worse mileage, and too many wheels.  The 4 cyl has all the power you need, mileage is very good.

I own a 5-Cyl 2500. I have never heard of a 4-Cyl. Where did you see a 4-Cyl?

I think it's new for 2014.  I have it, it has 2 turbo chargers and a 7 speed trans.  It's 2150 cc.  I get 25-28 mpg.

Turbo charger will boost your horse power. You'll think you're driving an 8 cyl.

I will have to check it out. It is time to get a new van. I love the Sprinter. I have 266k on mine now. My 5-Cyl gets 23 to 25.

I HAD the inline 6 mercedes turbo in a 1986 wagon and let me tell you that is a great motor. Transmission not so much. They were only exported for 2 years.

My lady friend has a new 4 cyl with the 7 spd- it is the most powerful 4 banger I have ever seen- this thing would smoke the tires if you asked it to. It tows a tandem trailer like it ain't there.
Sweet ride for sure, love the way the lights activate and dim on their own, how the mirrors don't reflect headlights behind you, backup camera, nice audio, gps, etc ....but it is way too electronically controlled for me. Never seen so many fuses in a vehicle....
Whenever anything is amiss- it just shuts down, and it's TTaTT (tow truck and technician time).
There are few qualified Sprinter technicians in my area and hers has proven to be a real PITA at times...thank god for warranties.
I love driving it, and real glad she makes the payments and calls road service.

Karl - omg tell her to sell that thing. Can you imagine what will happen when no factory warrantee exists? Money pit.
