We will be here for 2 weeks. $300 total for 2 weeks, which is about half the going rate. This IS a tourist area, after all. This is camping dog heaven. They can be off leash in the park with you. There is a generous mowed grass area for them to play in. There are 125 miles of trail to explore. The sites are big enough so we aren't on top of each other, well-maintained and pleasant. If you are able-bodied, talk to the owners (Vic and Rita) about trading labor for site.

Lotsa great things to see in that part of the country. Natural and man-made.

I'll be passing through there next month. Gonna hit Sturgis on the way to Wisconsin.

We pick the grandsons up in w weeks. We'll show them the sights, here, and then head to Yellowstone.

Made ourselves unpopular with the neighboring landowner. Idiot dog found a way to get into his pasture from the trail to chase his horses. Now, Whiz stays on the leash until we pass the pasture. Don't know why the horses ran away instead kicking the little nuisance, but I am glad they did.
