for awhile (as backup power for modem/router...it's worked well in that role). So I wondered if it could also cook an egg with the mini Dash cooker

It works great...even though the dash is listed at 350watts and the inverter at 300watts. I now take these with me when car/van camping...lets you cook from your picnic table and you can take the charger and charge it (80V battery) from any nearby outlet.
Note: To reduce battery use...Plug in the cooker (with egg) for 2 minutes....and then let it sit for another minute unplugged. Perfectly cooked...and easy cleanup.
