On Sunday evening I made my first attempt at doing a time-lapse video.  I shot this in my hometown of Sparks, NV, as the sun was setting near a windmill in our subdivision, using an $200 Olympus point-and-shoot camera.  Time-lapse photography has always interested me and I am making an attempt to do my own using all of the great scenery around my current home while I get prepped for life on the road. I hope you enjoy the video as much as I did producing it...Cheers!

Sigh. I miss the wonderful Arizona sky with the rising and setting of the sun. Thank you for the video 4GNomad. :) Jan

It's been a while since I have seen an Arizona sky. I hope to see one this next winter in my new dweller whatever it may be. Thanks for the comment.

Thanks,

I'm thinking of trying some time lapse too. I have a GoPro and a video camera that will work in that mode.

You should try it. I don't have a GoPro yet (on my wishlist). Even smartphones have apps that can do this as well. Thanks for the comment.
