I don't have information about the dinner. But, I do know that Bob and Jude are working on the details. I'm thinking that we'll hear more about it before tomorrow's 10 AM meeting.

At Friday (yesterday) morning's meeting this is what I think I heard.

Although some dogs and buns will be provided, there's not enough. So, we are asked to bring more dogs and buns between 1pm and 3pm. (Dinner is at 4pm today). There is enough chili and condiments. Help is welcome during preparation after 1pm.

Also, bring deserts for a desert table.

As usual, bring your own chair, utensils, and drink.

I don't mind going to get some. I just got here yesterday, so I don't know where the stores are. If someone can  tell me, I'll be glad to go to town after the 10 am seminar.
