coleman single burner + 20# tank

I want to use a single burner stove and a 20# tank indoors.
I have a 20# tank
I have a mr buddy hose 
I also have a Coleman single burner stove  , All these connect together nicely but
it seems kinda dangerous because theres no regulator ,  seems kinda spooky having a high pressure propane hose running through the van , I also have a regulator 11 " column but 
i dont know what single burner stove would work with it

the coleman stove and the buddy heater both have regulators built in. some of the buddy heaters accept both high and low pressure they have 2 inlets. camp chef has single burners with a remote regulator(mounts on the tank). http://www.campchef.com/stoves/universal-output-single-cooker.html . however they are not what I call compact. highdesertranger

Thanks high desert ranger  , With that info I'm going to just use my coleman hooked to the smallest refillable tank
