Can anyone recommend a smart battery charger without annoying RFI...?

For those of you using a smart battery charger, which ones emit the least RFI ?
My old B&D bit the dust, borrowed a friends CTEK and the electronic static makes
TV or radio basically useless while its in charging mode. The old B&D unit made
noise (fan) but had no electronic "bleeding" like this rather expensive CTEK.

I have been using this one for many years and it has worked like&nbsp; a champ. To be honest I never even considered RFI an issue, so I never looked for it. The fact I am unaware if it makes any, convinces me it doesn't. I ALWAYS have my Sirrius Satellite radio on and have never noticed any RFI issues.
