Great point! Having the experience and a resume' that reflects it is a great way to open up doors to better jobs. Training somebody to do a job they have never done can be a turn off for employers looking for turn key employees.

This is actually a very good topic of discussion but on this forum we are only allowed to speak for ourselves. Once you stop speaking for yourself, and stop trying to be helpful to other people and instead try to prove others wrong and yourself right, (especially by insulting them!) that won't be tolerated.
