California Will Require Solar Power for New Homes

Interesting....looks like rooftop solar panels are headed for the mainstream in California:

I wonder if this move will help push the cost of panels up, or down, considering this mess with tariff exemptions on solar panels:

Florida should have done the same long ago--it would seem a no-brainer in "The Sunshine State".

But as anyone knows who has googled "Florida Man", the state seems mostly to just have no brains.
