Az hwy 86,between Sells and Three Points.There is a nice VFW in 3Points that you can stay at for free if you are a vet.

Cactus in bloom is pretty common. A very good place is near Wickenberg, just 60 miles NorthWest of Phoenix. Tuscon is another great spot and Organ Pipe NM around Ajo.

It's raining hard there now and it could be a very, very good year but it's a little early to know yet.

If you've never been in the Ajo area,there are some beautiful boondocking spots along the Darby Wells Rd.It's about a mile south of Ajo on 85.Hope you enjoy the area as much as we did.
