C-Head. How to keep it in place

For those with this or similar heads..... how do you keep them from moving about?

I watched a couple of videos....seems that they are quite easy to move around.   What do you do to keep them from "walking around" the RV while driving?

I have a 4" ledge that cannot be altered.  So..the shorty version of the c-head will stand on that.   It will stand facing aft.    I wonder what to do to keep it in place.   I do not have the space to add a lip in front of it.

The idea of screwing a short board in front will not work for my Mom. She is disabled and cannot step up or on and keep her balance. (For the present time, I am designing for her comfort and ease).

I don't understand why you can't add a small lip? how about a bungee cord. highdesertranger

Eye hooks in a back wall and a ratchet strap snug not tight. They have an install kit I believe that has angled brackets, I believe I saw a video where someone used those with wing nuts or knurled knob screws for ease of removal.
