I find that Al Jazeera has better news than any of our mainstream media outlets.

This is an interesting story, but sad as well.

Does Warren Buffet really need to buy MHPs and bleed poor people?

Good old Uncle Warren. Tired of playing with his train set and spilling oil that could have transported via Keystone XL, turns to playing Sim City landlord. He must have been fun playing Monopoly.

There is another trick with MHPs located away from playgrounds, school, etc., is to rent to sex offenders who can't live anywhere else. Bleed 'em.

The rich just always need a little more.I agree about Aljezeera.About the only place to get news instead of talking heads.

Space rents are between $600 and $1,200 where I grew up.  Extreme restrictions on how much rent can be raised.  No amenities can be removed.

Of course in wine country, everything is closely watched.  Basically no crime.  Everyone knows your business...  :dodgy:
