Cost breakdown for the build:
$3,000 purchase
$7,000 new transmission
$10,000 renovations

Renovation details::

• $1,500 electrical
• $750 plumbing
• $1,200 cushions/beds
• $500 paint
• $500 registration/insurance
• $550 roof deck
• $5,000 interiors (wood, flooring, trim, etc.).
