Without a warrant? B.S. So anytime you're in an accident, they have access to your phone...hmmm, no. There doesn't seem to be any time imperative crime in progress thing there. Get a warrant.

What they should develope is a breathalyzer for me to use forums...lol. Over the limit? No posting for me!

Probably be an excellent idea for many people; ... would make forums somewhat less interesting though

I actually thought the thread was going to be about tempering one's responses on this forum! LOL

"Without a warrant?"

Wabbit, they're searching people's cars without warrants all the time!

That's illegal without prob cause. Yeah I get it with the drug sniffing dogs having alerts the officer trigger or just say the dog alerted. However, if they get caught doing it...yeah, nothing happens usually. Anyways, they need a warrant for a blood sample if you refuse a breathalyzer (used too anyways). They get that quick, they can do the same for searching cell phones. Its the 4rth Amendment, its there because its important. Others can give away their rights, but they shouldn't expect me to just give away mine.

I know what you mean.  I thought the thread titled "paddling" up in HOBBIES was going to be about discipline . . .

That'd be the day I throw my phone in the trash and buy one of those Jitterbug things they used to market to old people.
