Mods, not sure this is the right spot. Feel free to move is necessary.

Amazon Prime memebers have access to certain exclusive shows. Some free, some paid. Brain Cranston has a new series out called "Sneaky Pete". Without spoiling anything, I must say I'm a fan after watching the free pilot. The main Character is Giovanni Ribisi who un be known to his family just got done serving 20yrs in prison. At least the family doesn't question him after being gone for 20 yrs. Is he really Pete? Or just a scam artist?

How and why he did 20 yrs, well you will have to watch the pilot on Amazon. I'm not sure if the rest of the show warrants Amazons fee, but the first show has definitely peaked my interest. [emoji41]

Having been laid up all summer I love a heads up on something else to watch. thanks.

I checked it out and it's pretty good! With Cranston on board, even just for a few cameos, there's a decent chance it will get made into a full series.

Thank you! Love Ribisi as an actor. :) And wish I could watch Breaking Bad from the beginning without knowing it all over again. I think they stole some of my life, haha.

I'm so out of the loop. When I first read the title "Breaking bad fans", I thought that if the fan is bad, why not just throw it away? Why do you need to break it? Did it not fit in the garbage can? Maybe you got peeved at the fan going bad and broke it in a fit of anger? Or maybe it's a discussion on how to recycle a non-working fan by breaking it apart? LOL

Breaking Bad was the first thing I ever binge watched. I am a cheapo, but I even bought the last few seasons and will still fire them up. it is still interesting the second watching, looking for all the little details missed on the first watching. I am so envious of those who have not yet watched it.

Other shows i've enjoyed and binge watched are:
Sons of Anarchy....This one I was watching 8 or 10 episodes back to back, sleeping for 6 hours and then 8 or 10 or 12 more in a row. I think I gained 10 pounds in two weeks.
Justified..... Man ....I do enjoy pretending I can talk with a Keentucky accent.
Game of Thrones........... I had heard a lot about this but had no Idea the plot lines before watching. The whole 'Game' thing had me avoid it. Foolishly
Hell on Wheels.........Eagerly awaiting new episodes/ seasons
Black Sails......... Same as HOW
Suits. Loius Litt's character is played so well by Rick Hoffman
and right now, Boardwalk Empire.

I'm not sure if these shows are really as good as they seem to be, or if one just gets so involved in the plot line and ability to watch so many episodes episodes back to back, that one believes they are so good.
Or perhaps it is indeed the golden age of television.

I do enjoy having Amazon Prime, watching most of these shows for free. I'll have to check out Sneaky Pete.

Thanks for the heads up.

Breaking Bad, like you, I'm jealous of those who have not watched it.
I hear ya about SOA. I had about 3 weeks off work a few years back and binge watched it, staying up til like 3am cause I just kept hitting the 'play next episosde' button and then couldn't turn it off. Then the next morning, started right back in!
Watched the first episode of Hell on Wheels last night.. can already tell I'm hooked.
Will keep an eye out for those others though. Thanks for the heads up. :)

Deadwood is quite good for those who like Hell on Wheels.  It was HBO, not sure where you can stream it.

Deadwood's included on Amazon Prime

Orange is the New Black is a great show. As is House of Cards. Both are Netflix originals.

It's hard to live in NM and not know what Breaking Bad it. That said, I did not watch it. But I did piss off a pile of sticks-&-staples RVers after they made nasty remarks about all skoolies being rolling meth labs. It seems that after a 10 page internet image search, the only "rolling meth lab" that I could find was the Winnebago from the TV show Breaking Bad. So my conclusion was... All Winnebagos are rolling meth labs (which I did post that online). Yep, you can not image how pissed they were. Those Escapees are rather nasty when they get pissed off.

It was a bounder, Not a winnie...

I saw Amazon had the first 5 episodes on HellonWheels season 5 available. Bought em all.

My current favorite show is Mr Robot. It's rare that a show about hackers doesn't make me want to throw things at the TV - they actually get most things right without getting muddled down.

I'm looking forward to seeing this, yet I don't have the streaming channel for it at this time. I found this link someone posted (forgive the curse words) which summed up how I feel most every day of my life. https://vid.me/x7qI This clip has me interested in the series. :)

also watching Mr. Robot. pretty accurate, and now kind of creepy with what happened in the plot this week.

Wow and I thought I was the only one that had this problem :)  Sons of Anarchy and Breaking bad cost me money as I watched the shows instead of working!!! I was absolutely hooked and I have never experienced that in my life.  I'm actually afraid of trying them for a second time as I feel I'd just get hooked right back in.

Now dang it you mention game of thrones...
