I'm just wondering how much hype is associated with these products. One company I'm looking at is Synavax. They claim to be different (better) because they say they achieve thermal isolation (not just reflectivity) because of the nano-particles in their coating.
So I'm wondering if anyone has done any testing of these thermal isolating paints or coatings. Has anyone tried them and been disappointed?
I'm really looking for opinions from people with direct experience using them.
