I didn't see that a S&B is a requirement. 

The technical/computer requirements are as follows

Technical Requirements
 
You will be shipped a headset and a token to the address provided in your application. Equipment may arrive separately.
 
Please be sure to verify that your mailing address in our system is an address where you can receive equipment to ensure that there are not delays in receiving your equipment. Make sure you add the apartment number (if any). PO Boxes are not supported and we must have a physical address for you to receive your equipment.
 
 
Computer Requirements:

• 64-bit Operating System
• 10 mbps download and 5 mbps upload speed or faster from a reliable provider(no satellite or wireless internet)
• Must be directly connected to router/modem via Ethernet cable
• If you are using a laptop, it must be connected to an external monitor, keyboard, and mouse
• Windows 8.1, Windows 10, or OSX 10.9, 10.10, 10.11

• Operating System Auto-Update
• Windows Defender (If using Windows 8.1 or Windows 10)

Having to be directly connencted to a router/moden via ethernet cable sort of makes a S&B a requirement, I would think.

Directly connected means a hard wire cable from the computer to the modem. Friend of mine has a job like that for U-Haul. Has to be S&B.

I can physically tether a hotspot to the computer and even provide the up and down speeds required. I'd want to know more of what I'd be doing and what I'd be paid before hooking up the cable again.

I don't live in 1 of the 20 states. Even though I currently work at the Post Office 50+hrs a week, additional money would not hurt.

While it wouldn't work for mobile, there are RV parks that have connections for a landline available at a site. Not sure if it would pay to do that or not. If one could volunteer for a site and do this on the side for the season......

wv is listed as one of the states...id love to find out where in west virginia you can get residential internet with 5mb up speeds. If i could get that id twitch stream games for money all day
