Just wondered if anyone's worked Amazon seasonally whilst living in their van vs an rv.  I know they offer rv spots, but if you're just living out of your van, does the offer still stand?

For several at RTR, (Van drivers) that is a basic means of income.  Just keep an eye on the board.  Cindy will post job openings.

Becky pulls a Casita with her truck but writes a lot of detail about the various Amazon jobs she has held in the past two or three years in a couple of different Amazon locations (includes some pics of the camping area too).

You can search for her posts on her blog or click on "Useful Stuff" on her top menu and go down to finances:

I worked at Amazon in Campbellsville KY last year while living in my van and even with three dogs it was no problem.  I had no problem finding rides to work or people to walk my dogs.  Space is not an issue, all you do is work and sleep anyway.  The other campers are all in the same boat so it was like a big family.  I'll do it again.
