I am trying to get to Arizona but I really doubt that I will make it befor the RTR is over,  will anyone still be there?

The RTR is in an area where the two-week limit is enforced, but some of the late arrivers may hang around. Some will move to Ehrenburg 20 miles West.

Thanks! I hope that people will post the area everyone will be at. Can't wait to get there!

Many will be going to Yuma, partly because of Algodones Mexico being right across the border from there. Algodones is a good place for cheap dental, meds, and glasses. I'm going there myself, but more for the tacos.

Iggy,

I'm sitting here at work craving tacos now!  :D

Since it's 1:30 am, I doubt anything is open around here when I go to break at 3 am.  :-/

I'd join you with the tacos, but I just can't let someone medically treat my body that I can't sue...

just a thought.

I am hoping to be in Arizona by next week. Where on the forum should I look for the information on the group that are going to ehrenberg? Any help is greatly appreciated!

By that time, the damage is done, and the money isn't going to fix it. Many American doctors shouldn't even be practicing. Americans can contact the State Board of Licensing to check out a doctor's history, but very, very, very few do so. I suspect the Mexican doctors know that if they foul up, the word across the border will spread like wildfire, and they will be out of business.

American doctors don't really fear anything like that, because their state medical boards usually take no action against them, so they keep their licenses and continue to do damage. And it's extremely difficult to get other doctors to testify against them, even if you hold a gun to their heads. (Probably because they're thinking, "There but for the grace of God, go I".) There is a surgeon practicing locally who has done serious, crippling damage to several people that **I** know about, but he's still practicing.
