Even though he fridge is so small it's almost useless, there's some inspiration to be found in this guy's project.

I saw the windshield washer pump used only by one other person. But that's interesting.

some W/W pumps flow more than others but they all pretty much are less power hungry than surflow RV pumps FWIW

his sink idea is very good but the hole and drain attachment can be greatly improved. I would like to make one now and I dont even need another but smaller is better sometimes and it could be portable.

his turned out pretty good for a novice fabricator though!

thanks for posting!

I like what I see with the construction and resourcefulness with using the tiny peltier fridge.  The only thing that looks most out of place is the size of the sauce pan.   Unless this kitchen is build around one pot meals in which case he could have purchased a 12VDC Crock Pot and saved a bunch of time and space.

The way he went about making templates with corrugated box board makes sense to me.  The whole thing could have been mocked up using "card board" just to see how it would fit up.

It may be to his benefit to consider cooking in a Wok.   In his system the stainless bowl repurposed into a sink
may not be big enough to really wash his sauce pan in.

Again I'm saying this stuff as a "reaction" to what I saw. (won't go into not keeping bananas in refrigerators). :p

But a micro kitchen in a vehicle leaves that one great advantage.....being able to stop often for grocery shopping while in route.   You don't really have to keep a stocked pantry.   When I went on trips,  I kept my old 35 mm Film Containers from my film Camera (before the digital age) and put my herbs and spices in them to conserve room.  I got a lot of comments regarding my micro spice rack.  But the point is that if you are  going to build a micro kitchen,  try keeping everything else to scale.   A Boy Scout Mess Kit could serve his needs for cook ware nicely.  Then whatever utensils he would want for cooking.
