RAM can't even make a high quality long-lasting ICE vehicle, so I would be very leary of this. And with that short of a range, it wouldn't make sense for nomads, IMHO.

What electric blanket is that? Would love to know. I've tried 4 different ones, and sent'em all back. They all barely got slightly warm.

I've used the heating function in my 2022 RAV4 Hybrid, and it worked great. Temp outside was high 30's - I kept the car temp in the 60's. Used about 1/2 gallon of gas.

I use a RAV4 Hybrid as my camper. LOVE IT! Gets great gas mileage, and supplies thermostat controlled heating or cooling while asleep.
