I was looking at northeast New Mexico on Mike Gaia GPS public lands overlay map and quite a bit of it is a lavender color that says state trust lands. Is this available for Boondocking or dispersed camping? I’m trying to find information but haven’t had much luck.

I have a 2017 GMC Savana 2500 and was looking under the front end where to attach my snatch strap if I need to get out of mud or sand. Has anyone hooked up to anywhere under their Express or Savana. Jim Rear doesn’t have any thing I can see under there at all.

Yes, I was also looking at the Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac Just want to get the best advantage when it comes to getting unstuck and not getting stuck. I do have traction mats. This will be the first time Boondocking and want privacy but not extreme off road situations.

Does anybody have experience with the Yokohama GEO ATG 015 tire as far as boondocking? Reviews seem favorable but I would like to hear any feedback or opinions. 2017 GMC Savana 2500 Jim

Update When the van is running it is showing 14.95 vt by house battery fuse. My only concern is the 13 V when the vehicle is not running, I want to make sure I am not draining my starting battery.

I do have 150 amp alternator according to the manual. Well, got everything hooked up after finding one of the ring terminals on the four gauge attached to solenoid that was touching the solenoid case itself. Maybe that’s what we shorting it out I don’t know but I fix that and hooked it back up...
