That's terrible!! However, I always check my mirrors as well. I'm not saying it wouldn't happen but...  I hope you didn't suffer any physical harm over the incident.

So, I went down to Budget and grabbed one of their Ford Transit Vans - the ones you can stand up in and... I AM IN LOVE!!! THIS is the vehicle I want and need to get. Yes, I'd seen a lot of posts on them as well as videos but the expense has always put me off. But... NOW I understand why these...

Unfortunately my circle of friends is small and most of them are not close geographically - cons of being an introvert and social mainly via the internet /chuckle - so... nope.

Ah, well... since I don't have a car, I don't have insurance so... /chuckle Thanks for the info though, I will definitely remember that when it comes time to get insured.

What if I just bought it for the solar panel the inverter and etc? With towing (I'd have to rent a uhaul and trailer) that would add another $100 to the total.

The van that only runs in reverse is still for sale :D LOL I wonder how much it would take to fix that one. Someone mentioned the mileage on this, but the reverse one is a Dodge Ram and not sure if that would be any better. (Link to refresh memory...

Well... have *you* thought of creating a channel for that? I know you've a lot of experience in a variety of areas, maybe you should give some thought to creating your own videos :)
