Forgot to mention I tried to connect via LAN. Still no go.

I hit the reset botton for 10 seconds as directed. I tried the set up steps from step 1. It does not connect to the internet. It has two of the lights on, but not the middle one.

Thanks for your reply. Visible said they would guarantee the hotspot on my phone would connect to one device. They said some people have claimed they were able to connect to more than one device. I have heard of some people who are using a mobile hotspot are connecting to numerous devices.
