Seems mainly engine noise...hard to converse with a passenger, maybe nobody talked much in 1976...

Did all this re-insulation cut down on the cab noise?? Looking for a solution to the doghouse noise...will covering the cab side with rubber backed carpet help, or only covering the actual 'engine' side??

I have a 1976 Ford 'Casual' Class C RV. LOVE it, but the noise coming off the 'doghouse' is too much when I have a passenger (other than my dog!). Ideas?
