    Tulsa to RTR, I-40, I-10 or ???

Looking forward to meeting all of you.  Must confess,  after the drive to Texas I am not looking forward to driving for several days,  but am looking forward to seeing all of you. Boondocking for a  couple of days will be interesting,  I like my electricity and don't have solar yet. City girl ...

    Tulsa to RTR, I-40, I-10 or ???

Wow! Great suggestions  and routes.  I like that it's only a couple of routes to take. Keeping all this in mind for the trip west. Thanks for all the info. I lived in San Antonio about 15 years ago. Never went west of that in Texas.

    Tulsa to RTR, I-40, I-10 or ???

I will be leaving from Houston Texas  and would prefer not to drive the fast interstate. I came down from Iowa and keeping up with the traffic was hard. 55 or 60 miles per hour would be fine with me. Any suggestions coming from Houston? Older rig 29 footer. Doesn't like inclines.

    Need encouragement

I know and understand how you feel.  I am starting this new life too. You are doing the things that are making you happy so sometimes that means telling everyone else back off (in a nice way if possible ). My children are supportive since I have that, but I am very nervous and scared, but...

    Needing advice about RV.

The generator does work,  and I let it run for about 10 minutes.  The gen oil looked good and clean. About 650 hours maybe a little more. Wow,  so much to look for and do.  Thanks for the advice,  I truly need all the information I can get.

The rebuild of the Puff Mobile.

Ok. ...a little background,  Found the Puff Mobile in MN, about 4 hours from home in central Iowa.  Looked good, took mechanic neighbor with me. Thought I had a winner.  $4K 95 Fleetwood montara.  Never made it home.  Trans started leaking and burning oil.  Took almost 2 weeks to get it from an...

    Needing advice about RV.

Ok...checked oil...looks good. Rv is leaning towards the left so, that could be the problem.  The generator seems to be working ok. I  checked control panel and I don't need propane 3/4 full lights say.  Going to plug backup to shore power now and get the heater going. It's cold here in central...

    Needing advice about RV.

Plugged the matching receptacle in, then found the control panel,  then pushed start button.  Took it 2 times, but the gennie did kick on.   :) Thank everyone for helping me with this.  Tried turning on furnace with gen running and the furnace kicked on, but less than a minute and the gen shut...
