Your thoughts on combining kitchen sink and shower?

Yeah, I see it  here: [video=youtube] Cool van design, but what about engine/powertrain, is it realistic to drive problem-free any 20 y.o. vehicle?

Your thoughts on combining kitchen sink and shower?

I just measured my pretty regular size bathtub: top inner width is only 24.5 and rounded bottom ... hard to say exactly but about 20 only. Of course, bathtub is much longer and safer because of the adjacent wall... so I guess it could be good to place shower pan close to countertop or van wall...

Your thoughts on combining kitchen sink and shower?

Thank you for your help, this is a very good candidate for kitchen/shower combo   I had no idea about existence of mop sinks or mop service basins and now I know  :D , although I would prefer stainless steel like one of these - https://www.webstaurantstore.com/1053/mop-sinks.html, for...

That's why I probably would prefer a small and easy to carry grey water tank. I guess it would be easier to find a place to empty it.

Then it's better to have shower tray under the bed. Otherwise sink cabinet will be unnecessary wide. But in such case there will be more trouble with grey water. My scheme implies just one sink/tray hose (vacuum cleaner type) permanently attached to tray/sink. Put it down on short legs and it...

Your thoughts on combining kitchen sink and shower?

I like the idea of using grate to hold curtain, magnets are not that strong and less reliable. Or perhaps PVC-tube perimeter could be better in my case.  Also I like his custom-made curtain with bungee cords, it makes sense to sew such thing from washable fabric... although I would try cheap...

Your thoughts on combining kitchen sink and shower?

Did you think about shower with 12v pump? I guess it could be possible to heat water in regular pot and then pump warm/hot water: https://www.amazon.ca/Camping-Powered-Adapter-Watering-Cleaning/dp/B07K1YLZBJ/

Your thoughts on combining kitchen sink and shower?

I am from Canada and our climate is not always good for solar bags. I was thinking about toilet/shower compartment too, this is the first thing that comes to mind, but again, all these toilets are just imitation of what we have in homes. In fact, this simple gadget with plastic bag replaces all...

Your thoughts on combining kitchen sink and shower?

Let’s face it, most van dwellers just try to mimic usual home with the same kitchen and often the same shower – or don’t have shower at all because it is difficult to find room or build and maintain. Also, very often kitchen sinks are simply too small even to wash hair without water all over...

Dodge Grand Caravan camper sleeper for two tall people

Also, lowering bed will cause inconvenience with side minivan cup holder area. Right now this area is also good to increase effective width of our bed i.e. we can put there parts of out bodies, blankets etc.

Yes, with my current setup it is impossible to sit straight, although possible to sit in reclined position and play with laptop. We also manage to move between full bed and front seats back and forth, although I admit that that requires some flexibility, especially because we have narrow plastic...

Dodge Grand Caravan camper sleeper for two tall people

Our designs are very different, yours is like mobile home for one person, and mine is for two people and mostly for driving and sleeping, it is absolutely impossible to survive canadian winters in Grand Caravan anyway, so my built is just for cheap summer travels around Toronto where we live...
