    5X8 enclosed cargo trailer? or?

I am guessing Weroll will customise for you since there website doesn't show many V nose in 5x8.

    5X8 enclosed cargo trailer? or?

All really great input. I feel much better about a 5x8, especially now that i know the V nose can be an additional 2-3ft which would help a lot with the floor plan i hoped to do with kitchen up front. Also very cool that they make tailgate/hatch that can double as a hard awning for coverage in...

    5X8 enclosed cargo trailer? or?

@jwh92020, nice builds! Helps with the spacial area of a 5x8. I actually found one of your videos prior (V nose one) and i really like the foldable full bed. Would be big for my needs, but very awesome. Does the V nose give a decent amount of extra space? I think they bump out 1.5'? @nature...

    5X8 enclosed cargo trailer? or?

Apparently a single axle performs better maneuvering, which is more important than any extra perceived stability advantages over a tandem for my use. I have towed trailers before and have a commercial DL, so though i am a sperteted driver i think i can control my self. lol

    5X8 enclosed cargo trailer? or?

Thanks @bullfrog. Lots of good info. Sounds like i should stick with a 5x8, and maybe at most 5x10 since i do want to keep my ability of easily going down narrow forest roads with my smaller 4Runner compared to the Tundra. Ill have to do some more research on tandem axel's additional weight vs...

    5X8 enclosed cargo trailer? or?

Another good option! only 2' longer, but why not go the extra foot wide at that point.  I also would prefer the kitchin in the V nose i think.  I want to keep it small and light since my 4Runner only has 270lb of torque.  Wonder if anyone has been happy with a 5x8?

    5X8 enclosed cargo trailer? or?

What are you pulling the 6x12 with? I think its too big for me. I'm guessing the Van was too small?  Good points on the tandem. I like the idea for better highway handling/driving/safety as well as the automatic spare if one blows on the road. But the extra weight would be a concern.

    5X8 enclosed cargo trailer? or?

I like to plan ahead and cover all my bases if i choose to live on the road. I have been doing extended overland trips in my 2019 4Runner and its been great. I have also been lucky with weather, but i know if i do this full time and even if i move to the better weather its inevitable i will want...

Definitely a must see video for everyone. [video=youtube]

    Spare key?

Op has a key fob. But yeah, why over complicate. That's exactly why i bought my 4Runner, regular key, no nanny radar/laser junk and the 4Runner has been basically the same for the past 15+ years.

GM starts production of an all-electric step van

I am waiting for the military to release the Alien tektology they have been working on for so many years. It will solve the majority of our energy issues. Maybe then ill consider and electric vehicle.

    Spare key?

Just wrap it in layers of aluminum foil to block the signal and put it in the Hide-a-way location outside your car. Otherwise you will need to keep the spare on your person at all times.  May have some other tips, but depends on the fob type.

What hobbies do you like to do?

Been exploring my hobbies again now that all the kids and wife are gone. I got back into making jewelry and camping again as well as my tinkering i love to do with my Truck. Funny i see so many mention D&D, i haven't played for year's but i did love it.  Some of my recent attempts at making...

    Don't buy Lectric Ebike

It is out of warranty, so unless you elevate, it is what it is. What's the cost of there controler? Are they at least sending you the part at there cost? I would guess that even if they covered the part it would be super expensive to send back for them to fix.

Do I really need to tint the windows?

Glad you did it! You'll never want to have a car without tinting windows again. Lol

    My adventure vehicle

Thank you. The journey really got me thinking of living on the road full time and how to accomplish it out of a truck/suv. Time will tell, glad I found this forum!

Do I really need to tint the windows?

That's not super dark, but still good and would be safe in just about any state. But i would have thought they would allow for darker on the rear? Thats where its more important.   Ether way the 35% tint will provide some additional privacy and make the strange looking reflectix in the windows...
