Yes I do love my morning coffee and have been trying to decide how to make it on the road. I thought since I would/could use a tea kettle for water I could use one of the pour over methods and not purchase a camp peculator.  Sorry but I do like MickyD's coffee. :blush:

I have also heard of the rubber dishwashing gloves and a kitchen sponge but have not tried as yet. I will test tomorrow since I have to clean my car anyway to sell!  I will report back!

Hi GypsyDogs, Have you posted any pre-conversion photos of your van interior? I just got my van (2001 GMC Safari) and it looks to be the same size as yours.  Was wondering what you started with. Good Luck!

Roaming Kat I feel your pain. When I was van shopping I was so scared of getting a lemon, that's why I drove 4 hours to get it. Hang in there and take a break when you need to. I lived in Gunnison for 18 years, BTW. It is so comforting to have this forum and the valuable advice that is offered...

I agree with a lot of what has been said here. I would love to be able to do a lot of the work myself, but I have gotten older and soft around the middle. I'm sure I will be trying to trade/barter for some help. PS Gypsy, my Bella girl needs a spa day!

I agree with Almost There, my van will be my home and as such I want comfort. My current sheets are really old, but they were a better quality and have held up well. I guess we each have to pick what the important parts of our van life are. Still trying to decide!
