The problem with campgrounds is that they want reservations in advance. They want a deposit months in advance and don't want to hear... I hope I can make it, I will come if I can, I hope too, I will try too, etc. I have to pay a deposit 6 months in advance for my reservation, and they scares...

You can not measure watts or amps with a multimeter, You can measure volts. A multimeter will not tell you anything about power consumed. You need a kill o watt meter (Harbor Freight Tools) to see hot many watts you are using.

It depends on the heater... If one buys a vented heater (exhaust vented outside) it can be ran 24/7 with no fumes into the indoors. My RV heater is vented outdoors... no worries.

I have the Advantage plan and pay ZERO per month for the plan. NO income restrictions on the Advantage plan. I LOVE it.

A cheap compression gauge is $29. Shop labor is around $100 an hour. The ticking noise could be a grounded plug wire, makes a motor run rough.
