    youtube video about nevada residency?

thanks so much. Yes that was the video. I did some checking and the Colorado River food pantry has income eligibility requirements.  I'm sure I wouldn't meet them ,and I don't blame them.  If you can afford food,  you shouldn't be lining up for free vittles. However, my only goal would be...

    youtube video about nevada residency?

Thanks for responding, but I'm looking for an exact video. Not a video about getting Nevada residency.   The video was youtube CheapRVLiving Bob interviewing a man who had became a client of a food pantry and therefore could bypass the 30 days at an RV park requirement. I have feeling the...

    youtube video about nevada residency?

A while back (within the last year or so).  Bob interviewed a a man who as I remember became a client of a food bank in Henderson NV (or thereabouts) Once as a client he could use their address as his domicile.  I can't find this video now.  Either I'm not searching correctly for it, or it has...

thanks, and yes,  Assuming at some point the borders will open.  I know Mexico is open now. (or was in November)

Gun storage when crossing the border (Canada/Mexico)

I'm reading that in Canada it is illegal to prepare to defend yourself. So you can't carry any defensive weapon including pepper spray. Bear spray is fine if the can is large and you are in an area where bears might be a problem. That entire concept is alien to me. A porcupine has more...

Gun storage when crossing the border (Canada/Mexico)

Be careful with the bear spray. Some states make it illegal to use it for anything except on a bear. Check out the story of the computer shop owner spraying a guy. I think he lost the court case and paid $20K in fines and judgements against him because it was bear spray and not mace.

Gun storage when crossing the border (Canada/Mexico)

Trust me, you don't want to take guns/ammo north or south of the border. Remember the guy about 10 years ago who got in the wrong exit lane and end up in Mexico. How many months did he spend in a Mexican prison and had to get a Senator or President to bail him out. No thanks. I did call one...

Gun storage when crossing the border (Canada/Mexico)

thanks.  I would be great to find a place in a border town.  drop them off and pick them up a few months later. I would think somebody has to cater to this.

Gun storage when crossing the border (Canada/Mexico)

Does anybody have a good reputable gun club/range they use to rent a short term storage locker on the Canadian border and/or the Mexican border? I've been told Pawn shops are a choice, but not always a good one. Need to store a couple of firearms before I visit Canada in the summer and Mexico...

6x12 cargo trailer lifted for off road, Jeep JKU approved?

I saw the specs for the new Jeep Truck. It has a 7000 lbs tow capacity. Twice what the JK has.

6x12 cargo trailer lifted for off road, Jeep JKU approved?

The weight is well within specs, but that is only one dimension of this.  I appreciate your input.  I've seen people pulling 6x12 trailers, but I've also seen people drive with their feet, that doesn't mean its a good idea..  :P thanks!

6x12 cargo trailer lifted for off road, Jeep JKU approved?

My GPS has tried to kill me more than once on Forest Roads if thats what you mean?   :D That was in the Jeep without a trailer.  Again, I'm not talking about anything technical.  If you can't get a 2WD car down the road, then I probably don't want to do it with my future setup.  thanks

6x12 cargo trailer lifted for off road, Jeep JKU approved?

A small tear drop won't work for what I'm wanting. My other alternative is a Skoolie conversion which is what I'm seriously considering. thanks.

The trailer is going to have solar panels on it.  Mounted very securely, probably on their own metal frame.  Don't know if that would act the same as a roof rack with crap on it out not?
