    Hi, I love my Rialta but don't live in it full time.  Be very careful of the tires.  It's a really heavy rig for just 4 tires, and the load rating is very high.  I'd be concerned about anyone who suggested off-road tires for one.  :) The high mileage wouldn't worry me, though. Best, Robin
